Unfortunately, there is no option to cancel or downgrade your website agreement before the end of the 18-month term. This is because we distribute the cost of your initial website design, development, hosting, and backups across the 18 monthly payments, with most of the work taking place at the start of the agreement.
However, you have the flexibility to settle the total agreement amount at any time, and we will continue to honor our commitment to provide the promised services for the remaining duration of the 18 months.
